Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our team can help you with your return. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. All returns require further review upon email receipt of return request. Please contact info@bnground.com. Once return has been approved, returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once refund has been issued.
Please note that all returns must be made within 30 days from ship date of the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must remain unwashed and unworn. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee and are at the discretion of the company.
Shipping Policy:
For Customers in the USA, we use USPS First Class and/or USPS Priority Shipping depending on weight of items purchased.
For International customers, we use USPS International Priority Shipping.
Please be advised, shipping options do not guarantee a delivery date, it’s based solely on an estimated time of delivery.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
